As a Licensed School Psychologist, Mrs. Restrepo’s areas of expertise include academic, behavioral, cognitive, and developmental testing, providing services in both English and Spanish.
Lisette Dianne Restrepo Psy. S., LSP., NCSP, was born and raised in Miami Florida. As a native, she is fluent in both English and Spanish. After attending the University of Miami, Mrs. Restrepo’s furthered her studies by attending a graduate program at Nova Southeastern University where she obtained a Specialist degree in School Psychology.
Mrs. Restrepo’s has been working with the school district since 2012. Prior to her employment with MDCPS, Mrs. Restrepo’s was a Lead Teacher for Infant/Toddlers for six years. She worked at the Mailman Segal Institute, a division of Nova Southeastern University for three years and at the Linda Ray Intervention Center, a division of the University of Miami’s Department of Psychology. Mrs. Restrepo’s has had the opportunity of working with children and families with varying disabilities. Throughout her career, Mrs. Restrepo’s has focused on comprehensive academic, behavioral, and cognitive evaluations of students within the county. Mrs. Restrepo’s has conducted psychoeducational evaluations for the following disabilities: Developmental Delay (DD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD), Intellectual Disability (InD), and Gifted. These evaluations assist in understanding a child’s strengths and weaknesses to better determine their individual academic, behavioral, and cognitive needs. Mrs. Restrepo’s has also assisted the county with diagnostic testing and numerous staffings with parents and other school personnel, to determine eligibility for special education services, creating Individualized Educational Plans (IEP) for students with varying exceptionalities.
As psychology continues to evolve, Mrs. Restrepo’s stays current by attending professional development workshops which contributes to her ongoing pursuit of knowledge. She is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the Florida Association of School Psychologists (FASP), and the Dade Association of School Psychologist’s (DASP).
Andrew Werner, Ed.S, MSCP, LSP, NCSP
Andrew Werner, Ed.S, MSCP, LSP, NCSP is a nationally certified school psychologist and has over 25 years of experience working in mental health, case management, counseling, and school psychology. He holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University of Honolulu and an Educational Specialist (Ed.S) in School Psychology from Emporia State University of Kansas. Andrew specializes in conducting psychoeducational evaluations for children and students demonstrating symptoms of Attention-Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, Developmental Delays, and other exceptionalities.
Professionally, Andrew has worked as an advocate and educator for students and families in the public school system for 13 years. Currently, his duties include being a school psychologist cluster leader while working as a remote school psychologist. Along with conducting psychoeducational evaluations, Andrew helps develop Functional Behavioral Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and participates in building-level Multi-Tiered Systems of Support meetings to help problem-solve students’ educational and social/emotional needs.
Personally, Andrew lives in Florida, where he enjoys spending time with his family doing everything outdoors, including surfing, biking, fishing, and camping.
Ashley Glover, Psy.S, NCSP
Ashley Glover is a Licensed School Psychologist with expertise in conducting cognitive, academic, behavioral, and developmental assessments with children and adolescents. She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. During her studies, Mrs. Glover completed an internship working with at-risk teenage girls, which sparked her interest in pursuing the field of school psychology. She decided to advance her education by attending a graduate program at Nova Southeastern University, where she obtained a Specialist degree in School Psychology.
Mrs. Glover has been working as a School Psychologist since 2014 through the School District of Palm Beach County. Through this role, she has gained invaluable experience working with various disabilities and students from diverse demographics. She has conducted comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for a variety of Exceptional Student Education eligibilities including: Developmental Delay (DD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD), Intellectual Disability (InD), and Gifted. Through these assessments, she has been able to assist families and school teams in determining each student’s strengths and weaknesses in order to aid the team in providing appropriate strategies, accommodations, and interventions. Her goal is always to ensure the student is set up for success. Mrs. Glover has assisted school teams in developing effective academic and behavioral interventions, provided training to school staff on a variety of topics, and assisted with developing individualized plans for students (Individual Educational Plans – IEPs).
In addition, Mrs. Glover continues to further her knowledge and expertise by attending professional development workshops and training. She thrives on giving back to the field of school psychology and has served as a mentor to novice school psychologists, practicum student supervisor, and internship supervisor to graduate students in school psychology. She has also served for many years on the executive board of the Palm Beach Association of School Psychologists (PBASP) and is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Mrs. Glover’s goal for every student consultation and evaluation is to identify and remove barriers so that students are able to achieve at their highest potential.
Carolina Alfonso, Ed.D., SLP
Carolina Alfonso, Ed.D., SLP, is a bilingual, licensed school psychologist with over 30 years of experience in educational settings, primarily in South Florida. Her career spans roles as a general and special education teacher, school psychologist, and school administrator across both public and private schools. Originally born in Indiana and raised in Costa Rica and Venezuela, Dr. Alfonso is fluent in Spanish and deeply attuned to the cultural and linguistic challenges families face when adapting to a new country. Her passion for helping children and families navigate learning, developmental, and behavioral challenges is at the heart of her professional practice. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Education and specialist degree in School Psychology
from Florida International University, and her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Alfonso has also served as a graduate-level instructor in the School Psychology programs at both universities.
Cindy Colvin, Ed.S., LSP, NCSP
My name is Cindy Colvin and I graduated from Florida International University in 2002 with an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology. My bachelor’s degree is in Elementary Education and I have taught in public and private schools as well as internationally, spending one year as an English teacher in Osaka, Japan. I am also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a Licensed School Psychologist. My areas of expertise are in Response to Intervention, Learning Disabilities, and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder.
Danett Williams, Ed.S., NCSP
Danett Williams, Ed.S., NCSP is a Licensed Educational Psychologist in California (LEP No. 4112) and a Licensed School Psychologist in Florida (LSP No. 1950) who has been practicing in the field since 2017. She provides counseling and psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, with expertise in assessing ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral challenges, and giftedness. She is particularly experienced in working with families navigating developmental concerns related to early medical complications, adoption, and trauma. She is currently continuing her education with the School Neuropsychology Institute as well as San Francisco’s Institute for the Advancement of Psychotherapy.
Her practice is attachment-based and trauma-informed, incorporating Dr. Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT)—a brain-based approach that helps identify the right type of support at the right stage of healing. As one of only a few providers in San Francisco trained in NMT, Ms. Williams offers a unique perspective in helping clients and families find clarity, strategies, and pathways to growth. Her philosophy centers on removing barriers so that every child and adult has the opportunity to thrive. For her Florida clients, she is skilled in telehealth services for evaluations and counseling.
Danielle Reece, MS, LSP, NCSP
Danielle Reece is a Licensed School Psychologist with over 13 years of experience in both clinical and public school settings across 4 states. She specializes in academic, cognitive, behavioral, and developmental assessment, with a strong commitment to supporting students’ unique learning and behavioral needs.
Danielle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Arkansas and her Master’s degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. She has conducted comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations in a variety of areas, including: Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Specific Learning Disabilities, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Emotional and Behavioral Disorders, Intellectual Disability, and Gifted.
Her goal is to collaborate with families and school teams to better understand each student’s strengths and challenges, ultimately helping set them up for long-term success.
Douglas Shoumaker, SSP, LSP, NCSP
Doug Shoumaker is a Licensed School Psychologist with areas of expertise in behavioral, cognitive, and autism spectrum disorder evaluations. Mr. Shoumaker has been a school psychologist for 32 years and is currently licensed to practice in 8 different states, including Florida.
Doug Shoumaker, SSP, LSP, NCSP, was born and raised in Louisiana and East Texas. He attended Louisiana State University and Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida for his Bachelor’s degree in psychology. He relocated back to Louisiana where he pursued his Master’s and Specialist’s degrees in School Psychology at the University of Louisiana in Monroe, Louisiana. During his tenure in Louisiana, Mr. Shoumaker pursued a specialized certification in Crisis Intervention and Domestic Violence from Louisiana Tech University. After 28 years of serving student’s as a school psychologist, Mr. Shoumaker decided to further his education background and began pursuing his Ph.D. in School Psychology from Texas Tech University, where he is currently All But Dissertation and plans on completing the program in May 2025.
Mr. Shoumaker has experience in working with students and their parents in both the home and school settings. Throughout his career, he has obtained experience in providing psychological and counseling services in residential as well as outpatient treatment facilities, the juvenile justice system, and in private practice. Mr. Shoumaker has also acted as a practicum and internship supervisor for school psychology graduate students in Louisiana, Texas, and Florida. He has also served as a mentor for new school psychology practitioners through the National Association of School Psychologists.
During his practice of school psychology, Mr. Shoumaker has dedicated most of his career primarily conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations and counseling students with emotional disabilities. These psycho-educational evaluations are used to assist in determining special education services for such disabilities as: Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Developmental Disability (DD), Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD), Intellectual Disability (InD), and Gifted. Mr. Shoumaker has played an integral part of the school evaluation team in assisting the school and parents identify and understand the strengths and weaknesses of students with disabilities, as well as creating Individualized Education Plans (IEP) to help children with disabilities access the general education curriculum.
When Mr. Shoumaker is not conducting evaluations and working with families, he enjoys attending conferences and seminars to further his knowledge in field of school psychology. He is an active member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the Florida Association of School Psychologists (FASP), the Texas Association of School Psychologists (TASP), Dallas/Fort Worth Regional Association of School Psychologists (DFW RASP), and the Northeast Florida Association of School Psychologists (NEASP).
In his spare time, Mr. Shoumaker, enjoys traveling, music, long walks on the beach, photography, and spending time with family and friends. He is a long-time fan of college football, especially the LSU Fighting Tigers!
Franklyn Massop, Psy. S., LSP, NCSP
Mr. Massop is a nationally certified and licensed school psychologist, currently working for The School District of Palm Beach County (PBCSD) since 2012. His areas of expertise include academic, behavioral, cognitive, and developmental testing.
Franklyn Massop, Psy. S., LSP, NCSP, was born in Westmoreland, Jamaica. He arrived in the United States of America at the age of 8. He comes from a family of educators who stressed the important of education from an early age. Franklyn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University (FIU). He continued his education and pursuit for advanced degrees at Nova Southeastern University (NSU); where he obtained a Master of Science in Exceptional Student Education (ESE), Master of Science in Psychology, and a Specialist Degree in School Psychology.
Mr. Massop possesses a wealth of knowledge across various disciplines important to student learning and development; gathered through extensive work and employment in various fields of study. He has garnered experience working as a Special Education and General Education teacher, Adjunct Faculty/Psychometrician, and a Behavior Analyst. Prior to accepting his current position as a school psychologist with PBCSD, he worked six years as a Special Education teacher and one year as a General Education teacher within the Miami-Dade County School District. For approximately five years, he also worked for Positive Behavior Supports Corporation providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy, where he conducted comprehensive assessments to develop interventions in collaboration with family members, educators, direct service providers, and others caring for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and other diagnoses. In addition, he also provided direct ABA therapy to his clients; as well as train parents and other stakeholders on ABA principles to implement within the home and/or school setting. From March 2020-July 2022, he worked as an Adjunct Faculty/Psychometrician at Barry University’s Family Care Center, where he conducted psychoeducational evaluations for the community exploring characteristics of giftedness, specific learning disability, ASD, ADHD and other behaviors salient to the overall functioning of students within the home and school settings.
Mr. Massop is passionate about provided support to students, families, and schools, in order to provide an enriching and supportive environment for children to grow, strive, and overcome any struggles or barriers that may exist within their current settings. He continually improves upon his knowledge base and expertise by attending professional development workshops, staying current on important educational topics, and collaborating with colleagues and various experts from varying fields of study.
Glanel Reyes, Ed.S., LSP, NCSP
Glanel Reyes is a Licensed School Psychologist with extensive experience working with children and families for over 20 years. Since 2015, she has been practicing as a School Psychologist, specializing in bilingual (Spanish and English) evaluations, as well as academic, cognitive, and emotional/behavioral assessments.
Born and raised in New York to Dominican parents, Glanel is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing her to effectively support diverse populations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Nova Southeastern University, and an Education Specialist degree in School Psychology from Florida International University. Glanel’s professional background includes working in the mental health field as a Functional Family Therapist with adjudicated youth and their families in Los Angeles County, California, and Palm Beach County, Florida. She also served as a Mental Health Therapist in a juvenile detention center in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Since 2015, Glanel has been serving Palm Beach County Public Schools as a Licensed School Psychologist, where she continues to provide an important role in ensuring that students who speak more than one language receive fair and accurate support in the school environment. She specializes in administering academic, cognitive, and emotional/behavioral assessments in both English and Spanish to ensure results are accurate and not influenced by language barriers. She also considers cultural and linguistic factors, communicate with parents in their preferred language, collaborate with others, and advocate for children and families.
Guy-Claude Mompoint, Psy. S., LSP, NCSP
Mr. Mompoint is a Licensed School Psychologist who has been practicing since 2011. His areas of expertise include academic, behavioral, cognitive, and developmental testing, providing services in both English and Haitian-Creole.
Guy-Claude Mompoint, Psy. S., LSP., NCSP, was born on a military base in Fort Polk, Louisiana and raised in Miami Florida. As a native, he is fluent in both English and Creole. After becoming a proud high school graduate, educated through Miami-Dade County Public Schools, he attended the University of Florida for undergraduate studies and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Mr. Mompoint then furthered his studies by attending a graduate program at Nova Southeastern University where he obtained a Specialist degree in School Psychology.
Mr. Mompoint has been working with The School District of Palm Beach County since 2011. Prior to his employment with PBCSD, Mr. Mompoint was a Science and Social Studies Teacher for Horace Mann Middle School working for Miami Dade County Public Schools four years. Mr. Mompoint has had extensive experience working with children and families with varying disabilities and socioeconomic backgrounds. Throughout his career, Mr. Mompoint has focused on comprehensive assessments that evaluate the academic, behavioral, and cognitive functioning and performance of students within the county. Mr. Mompoint has conducted psychoeducational evaluations for a variety of Exceptional Student Education disabilities including: Developmental Delay (DD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD), Intellectual Disability (InD), and Gifted. The information gathered from these evaluations are utilized to understand a child’s strengths and weaknesses in order to determine their optimal academic, behavioral, and cognitive needs. An understanding of these factors assists in providing the ideal accommodations and interventions to the educational environment to promote learning and a healthy and individualized educational experience [i.e. creating Individualized Education Plans (IEP)]. Mr. Mompoint In addition, Mr. Mompoint has worked as a Behavior Analyst for Positive Behavior Supports Corporation since 2018. As a Behavior Analyst he was charged with providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children subject to the student’s IEP. As well as creating and implementing replacement behavior goals and acquisition programs in the home and school environment.
Mr. Mompoint is steadfast in his pursuit of growing and developing his knowledge and experience base by attending professional development workshops and collaborating often with other experienced members in the profession. He is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP), the Florida Association of School Psychologists (FASP), and the Palm Beach Association of School Psychologist’s (PBASP). The information and collaboration gained from these professional development opportunities are invaluable in providing him with the most up to date strategies, interventions, and accommodations to better support students, families, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to create safe, healthy, and supportive learning environments that strengthen connections between home, school, and the community.
Gretchen Cabranes, MA, LSP
Gretchen Cabranes, MA, LSP is a licensed and certified bilingual school psychologist with over 20 years of experience in both school settings and private practice. Specializing in the evaluation and support of children with autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, learning disabilities, personality disorders, mood disorders and conduct disorders, ADHD, ODD and others. She provides comprehensive assessments and individualized interventions. With a deep understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and bilingual capabilities, Gretchen is committed to helping children and families navigate educational and developmental challenges, promoting academic and personal growth in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Isis Orue, Ed. S., LSP, NCSP
Isis Orue is a Licensed Psychologist specializing in psychoeducational evaluations to help recognize children’s individual needs. As a school psychologist and a former educator, she has served students of varying exceptionalities across South and Central Florida districts for over 19 years. She has received extensive training and experience in assessing, identifying, and addressing children’s needs through the collaboration of stakeholders. She is a member of the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP) and the Florida Association of School Psychologists (FASP). Isis Orue specializes in assisting parents in pinpointing their child’s developmental, cognitive, academic, behavioral, and social-emotional strengths and weaknesses. She provides consultations and counseling services to target those strengths and weaknesses. She evaluates children aged 2 through college and provides services in English and Spanish.
John S. Moore, III, Ph.D.,
Dr. John S. Moore, III, Ph.D., is an Army veteran and licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience providing psychological services to diverse populations. He earned his Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and has worked with both youth and adults across a wide range of clinical and community-based settings.
Dr. John’s professional expertise includes trauma-informed care, culturally grounded clinical practice, and comprehensive psychological assessment for youth. His assessment experience spans cognitive, academic, behavioral, and socioemotional evaluations used to inform effective intervention and support planning. He has extensive experience working with individuals impacted by foster care ithe justice system, and houselessness.
At the core of Dr. John’s practice is a commitment to meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they pursue meaningful personal goals through a compassionate, collaborative approach.
Karen Zambrano, Psy.D
Karen Zambrano, Psy.D. obtained her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology in 2018 from Albizu University in Miami, Florida. She obtained her Florida Psychology License in 2019, during the course of her postdoctoral residency completion at an adult crisis stabilization unit in Miami, Florida. She is a former educator for the Miami-Dade County School District. She worked with children since 2006, initially as a teacher, and then assumed the role of School Psychologist. With a specialist degree in this field, she specialized primarily in completing full psycho-educational evaluations for specific learning disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health disorders. Dr. Zambrano also has extensive experience working with adults with a variety of mental health disorders, and currently works with those involved in the legal system.
Kareta Monette Roulhac, ED. S., LSP
Mrs. Kareta Monette Roulhac is a certified and licensed school psychologist in the state of Florida. She has over 18-years of experience working with children and adolescents with learning, emotional, and behavioral problems. Having spent her career working in public schools, Mrs. Monette Roulhac is well-versed in special education procedures, Response to Intervention (RtI)/Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and 504 accommodation plans, making her uniquely qualified to provide consultation for educational programming.
Mrs. Roulhac conducts comprehensive assessments for a variety of purposes. The evaluations can be used for diagnostic clarification for learning disabilities or dyslexia, ADHD, anxiety, depression, developmental disorders, Gifted, and intellectual disabilities diagnosis. The evaluation reports can be used for program planning, diagnostic clarification for treatment planning, special education eligibility determination, and Independent Education Evaluations (IEE).
Mrs. Monette Roulhac received bachelors and masters degrees in psychology and school psychology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). During this time, she completed her practicum training at Florida State University’s Multidisciplinary Center. Upon completion of her graduate studies, she was awarded her Educational Specialist degree in school psychology from FAMU.
Maria Gregory, LSP
Maria Gregory is a Licensed School Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting youth and their families across school settings, private practice, and community mental health. She holds a Master’s degree in School Psychology from San Francisco State University. She is also an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider through Evergreen Certifications (#816220).
In her assessment work, she specializes in comprehensive evaluations for individuals ages 3 through adulthood, with a particular emphasis on client-centered practices. She is passionate about helping families and individuals understand the underlying factors impacting academic, social, and emotional functioning and empowering them with actionable insights.
As a parent of a neurodiverse child herself, she brings lived experience, deep empathy, and a collaborative spirit to her work with families. She is committed to offering a supportive, strengths-based environment where individuals and families can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.

Mrs. Malval is a Licensed School Psychologist who has been practicing since 2010. Her areas of expertise include academic, behavioral, cognitive, and developmental testing, providing services in English, French, and Haitian-Creole. She is dedicated to helping children and adolescents achieve their fullest potential, both academically and emotionally.
Marie S. Kristelle Malval, Ed.S., LSP, was born and raised in Haiti, where she obtained her French Baccalaureate. She moved to Tampa in 2002 and attended the University of South Florida (USF) for her undergraduate studies, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She furthered her studies by attending a graduate program at USF, where she obtained her Master’s degree and Specialist degree in School Psychology. She completed a year-long internship with the Broward County Public Schools District.
Mrs. Malval worked for ten years as a part-time School Psychologist at a private school in Haiti, which provided an American-accredited program of studies. She also dedicated time to conducting psychoeducational evaluations in French and English, in a private practice in Haiti. She has also been working remotely as a School Psychologist since 2020, collaborating with various school districts and servicing students in different states, from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic backgrounds, and with varying disabilities. Mrs. Malval conducts psychoeducational evaluations for the following disabilities: Developmental Delay (DD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Specific Learning Disability (SLD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Emotional and Behavioral Disabilities (EBD), Intellectual Disability (InD), and Gifted. She always strives to provide comprehensive assessments that aim to help identify the child or adolescent’s strengths, weaknesses, and needs and assist stakeholders in gathering more information about their cognitive, academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive functioning. Information obtained from these assessments help generate a list of recommendations for both parents and teachers that can contribute to positive outcomes in the child’s development and learning and help foster growth, confidence, and academic success.
While working as a School Psychologist remotely, Mrs. Malval also assists different school districts by attending meetings with the school’s Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) Team to help determine when further assessments are needed and eligibility for special education services. She also assists school teams when conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing, when necessary, Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) that support positive behavioral change. She is also a strong advocate for Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in the schools. She worked with teachers and guidance counselors to develop classroom strategies that support diverse learners and integrate social-emotional learning (SEL) into the curriculum. She also contributed to school-wide programs aimed at improving school climate, reducing bullying, implementing positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS), and enhancing student engagement.
Melonie Mendez, ED.S., LSP
Melonie Mendez is a psychologist specializing in school psychology, with a strong focus on psychoeducational evaluations in both the private practice and Dade County schools. She holds an Educational Specialists degree in School psychology from Florida International University and brings with her a wealth of experience gathered during her training in internship, private schools, and public school settings. She places great importance on her relationships with both families and schools, where she strives to address the individual needs of each child.
Rosa Sequeiros, S.S.P., LSP, NCSP
Rosa Sequeiros, SSP, LSP, NCSP is a Nationally Certified and Licensed School Psychologist with over 16 years of experience in school psychology. She graduated from Barry University in 2006, earning her Master’s degree in Psychology, followed by a Specialist in School Psychology in 2008. Rosa currently serves as a school psychologist in Broward County Public Schools and has been employed at ABC Testing Services since 2021. She is a native Spanish and English speaker who specializes in comprehensive evaluations for Gifted, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disability, Autism, Emotional/Behavioral Disability, Developmental Delay, and Intellectual Disabilities
Junisa Rosario Rosa, MA, LSP
Junisa Rosario Rosa, MA, LSP Is a licensed and certified bilingual school psychologist with over 20 years of experience in both school settings and private practice. She graduated from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico in 2006, earning her Master’s degree in School Psychology. Junisa currently serves as a school psychologist in Polk County Public Schools and has been employed at ABC Testing Services since 2025. She is a native Spanish and English speaker who specializes in comprehensive evaluations for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Specific Learning Disability, Autism, Emotional/Behavioral Disability, and Developmental Delay.
Mikerlande Gedeum, Ed.S.
Mikerlande Gedeum, Ed.S., is a licensed, dedicated, and seasoned School Psychologist with over 15 years of experience supporting students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral growth. With a strong background in psychology, she has provided “emotional support and guidance to students facing various issues and concerns” and has worked extensively with diverse student populations. Her career includes evaluating student needs, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families and school staff, and guiding teams in evidence-based practices that enhance students’ well-being and promote student success. She brings “proven experience in developing appropriate interventions and strategies to assist individual students in academic growth and school adjustment,” along with a strong record in crisis response and student advocacy.
As a former Crisis Team Coordinator, she led schoolwide crisis efforts with clear communication and strong leadership. Her calm leadership and clear communication ensured schools received timely, compassionate, and effective support. Natacha Noel, Ed. S., LSP, NCSP
Natacha Noel, Ed.S., is a Licensed School Psychologist and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist, bringing more than 17 years of experience in providing both direct and indirect psychological services to students. Born in Saint Louis Du Nord, Haiti, Ms. Noel moved to the United States during her adolescence, where she continued her education in Orlando, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Counselor Education, and an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Ms. Noel’s professional background includes experience as a school counselor prior to her current position as a school psychologist, where she conducts comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations encompassing academic, behavioral, and cognitive assessments to inform students’ educational planning. She is highly regarded by students, parents, and colleagues as a disciplined and insightful practitioner who creates meaningful relationships and fosters dynamic learning environments. In addition, Ms. Noel offers bilingual support to the Haitian-Creole population. Her steadfast commitment to collaborating with educators and families, combined with her capacity to quickly build trust, has profoundly contributed to the emotional and academic well-being of the students and families she serves.
